Terms and Conditions of Medical Service
1. Eligibility for this package is solely at the discretion of the attending physician.
2. Patients must acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions prior to undergoing surgery.
3. The package includes the operating room fee, post-anesthesia recovery room fee, medical supplies, medications used during the surgical procedure, surgeon’s professional fee, and anesthesiologist’s fee, strictly limited to those related to the specified surgery. Any services or items not included in the package will be charged separately according to actual costs.
4. The stated price includes a single-occupancy room (for the specified number of days), nursing services, room charges, and meals.
5. Services are available at the Premium OPD (Cash), 16th Floor, Building A.
6. The package price applies only to participating physicians.
7. For patients paying in cash, receipts issued cannot be used for Social Security reimbursement.
8. The hospital reserves the right to change the package price without prior notice.
Items Not Covered by the Surgical Package
1. The package price does not include preoperative and postoperative patient assessments.
2. Specialist consultation fees (if any) are not included.
3. Expenses related to the patient’s underlying medical conditions and any costs incurred outside the specified surgical procedure—such as medical supplies, laboratory investigations, radiologic examinations, or other related services—will be charged separately according to actual costs (if any).
4. The package price does not include costs arising from surgical complications or medications related to the patient’s underlying medical conditions.
5. In the event that the patient requires admission to a Step-Down Unit or Intensive Care Unit beyond the standard room specified in the package, or requests an extended hospital stay for any reason, additional charges will be applied based on actual costs, with applicable discounts (if any).
6.The package price does not include take-home medications or medications for chronic/underlying conditions.
7. The package price does not include special pathological examinations (biopsy) or pathologist professional fees.

Step 2 : Bring your ID card contact at OPD (Cash) counter 16 Floor, Building A.
In the case that the service recipient has life insurance coverage
1.Check the benefits from your insurance card before receiving the service. (Please prepare your ID card, insurance card, or policy number). Consult an admin.
2.Meet a doctor by appointment to diagnose symptoms.
3.In the case of receiving Package OPD, the officer checks the life insurance limit.
